I know... i know... Las Vegas for a meeting? Sounds more like a party than a meeting, but in a way, that's exactly what this celebration was all about. Nissan hired us to manage logisitics for their 'Nissan Cash Blast.' 30 of Nissan's top performers in the southwest region were treated like Kings at a pirate themed event, complete with a delicious meal, tickets to La Reve, and a chance to win $100,000 cash playing Deal or No Deal. Even the host was decked out in full character of Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean. The Wynn was the perfect fit for this incentive trip because other than the dinner and the cirque show, the guests had free time to shop, gamble, dine, and lay by one of the many pools. In addition to serving from the banquet menus for groups, the Wynn boasts some decadent flavors at its many restaurants and a few I tried were ... the Terrace Cafe, Okada (my fave), and Red 8 Asian Bistro... all Delish!
As much fun as it was to run this meeting from 7:00am to 11:00pm straight, my favorite part of the Wynn was my room... all 640 square feet of it.The decor was simple, yet elegant, the bed was cozy, and the floor to ceiling windows gave an incredible view of the perfectly manicured golf course below. It was perfect for relaxing after a hard days work and after a smidge of fun... of course! All in all, the meeting slash celebration weekend for Nissan's top performers was a Success and the Wynn crept up to one of my favorite hotels.
Until next time,
Skye
